Consent and Empowerment

The last few years have seen a remarkable rise in women-led activism, focused on issues that affect us and our families, and one of the most prevalent topics that comes up is sex and consent. With a wealth of knowledge accessible at our fingertips, women worldwide continue to gain a much broader understanding of our inherent feminine power, how to communicate our wants and needs, and how to develop ourselves into the kind of women we know we can be (and often already are!).

Utah’s history of fighting sexual education beyond abstinence-only curriculum leads nowhere other than a whole bunch of uninformed, ill informed, misguided youth and young adults into a realm where the topic of “consent” is rarely broached. This Utah group​ aims to change that and arm women with the knowledge and tools to lead others to personal empowerment and full body autonomy. Read more here.
