Americans are significantly more likely to be shot than people living in other developed nations.

About 11,000 Americans are murdered every year by firearm. This number is up from 2012-14 (8,500 murders/year), but down from the early 1990s (15,000 murders/year).

In Utah, the number of murders committed with a firearm has doubled over the last decade.
