This month, we look back at the report cards we’ve done so far, and present you the overall grade of the dispensaries to date, based on the average from their previous grades. This is the overall grade the dispensaries have, based off of customer serviceproduct availabilitypricing, and patient experiences

Thank you, readers, for following along with us as we’ve taken a look at some of the aspects of Utah’s developing cannabis industry. We hope the report cards have been helpful to you. Things are still new, and these are not expected to be permanent grades. In fact, we publish these in hopes that it helps you, the patients, but also to help the dispensaries see the opportunities for improvement. We anticipate that as time progresses, so will the score marks of the dispensaries.

We will continue to watch and track the progress of the dispensaries and the cannabis industry overall. In the future, we will be going more in depth with patient experiences, take a look a pharmacists and the job they’re doing, and compare the price, products, and performance of Utah dispensaries to those of our neighboring states, as well as continuing to monitor product availability and customer service performance.

An interesting year lies ahead of us, so stay tuned!
